    1/ Microsoft OneNote 2003 SP1 proposes an XML import feature : MSDN Article and Andrew May’s WebLog

    2/ Just to be clear : If you looking for a collaborative suite, you should challenge Lotus Notes with Microsoft Office, Sharepoint and Exchange rather than OneNote
